Alcott Alda Hekima Germany II has devoted his career to technology solutions in education
SOUTHFIELD, MI, June 19, 2009 /Technical PR News/ -- Alcott Alda Hekima Germany II, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Instructional Design Solutions, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of information technology and education.
As the Founder and CEO of Instructional Design Solutions, LLC, Alcott Alda Hekima Germany II is responsible for developing interactive learning models for teacher facilitation, delivering information technology support using newly designed software application tools, coordinating partnerships with local businesses, and overseeing a team of eight. He has published manuscripts that contribute to cognitive student development including "Real World 101: Student Guide" which was released in 2008. He is in the process of trademarking his company logo and and has submitted a patent on his software products. He does public speaking for schools and forums and is available for public speaking engagements. Mr. Germany began his career as a chemical engineer wherein he realized how to effectively make data-driven decisions. After changing careers to become a curriculum developer, he built a rapport with other educators and was inspired to create software applications designed to make education more streamlined. He attributes his success to working with a great team and to his passion and belief in education.
Mr. Germany received his Master of Arts in Education with a Concentration in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix in 2007 and his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2002, from which he graduated cum laude . He serves as a mentor for the Real Life 101 Scholarship Fund in Detroit, Michigan and was named an Insignis Scholar by the University of Detroit Mercy in 1998. He wants to make a nationwide impact on communities, schools and corporations to change their perspective on how to learn using innovative instructional design tools and methods developed by his company.
