Radcom Releases Training Class Schedule for 2011 to Celebrate Employee Learning Week
Professional services firm expands course selection to include leadership classes in addition to its successful technical communication and instructional design courses to help organizations develop their staff for personal and organizational growth.
HUDSON, OH 08, 2010 /Technical PR News/ -- In celebration of Employee Learning Week, Dec. 6 - 10, Radcom, Inc. has released their training class schedule for 2011, and has added a leadership development series to its popular curriculum. Employee Learning Week is an awareness campaign sponsored by ASTD that highlights the important connection between learning and achieving organizational results. It is an opportunity for organizations throughout the world to focus on developing their greatest resources, their people, to meet challenges, expand their business, and seize opportunities for success.
Radcom's leadership classes will be held the second Wednesday of every month from April to November at their training center in Hudson, OH. Team building, corporate culture and values, business skills, and leading change & innovation are among the hot topics that will be taught in these highly informative classes. The Leadership series will help organizations to build leaders to meet strategic needs well into the 21st century.
Radcom will also be offering their most popular courses, which focus on software applications, e-learning authoring tools, course facilitation, and course design that have become mainstream in today's fast-paced professional environment.
"We've been serving a variety of industries for over fourteen years in Northeast Ohio. Whether it's banking, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, or professional services, we've seen a need for more customized and focused training for individuals in the field of technical communication and instructional design," said Angie Dianetti, Radcom Principle.
Class sizes are normally kept small to focus on individual learner or organizational needs. "If you need specific training, let us know. Chances are we have experience with it and can help," adds Jennifer Beaujon, Operations Manager for Radcom. "We have also been able to successfully blend learning projects, and can train on that as well."
As organizations are trying to battle with the latest tools and trends and fewer resources, Radcom anticipates a greater need for organizations to keep their employees up-to-date with the latest skill applications and technical information. Radcom is uniquely positioned to offer targeted training to organizations and professionals who seek to stay current in the marketplace.
Radcom's existing staff of professional technical communicators, instructional designers, and executives will facilitate the classes. To find out more, please visit Radcom's website at www.radcomservices.com or call 330-650-4777, ext. 221.
