FACTS Management Company was founded during the 1986-87 school year by David Byrnes and Stanley Phillips to offer a tuition management service to private and faith-based schools. They started with one school and 30 families, and now serve approximately 5,000 schools, over one million families, and manage approximately $3 billion in tuition funds each year.

During his educational career, Stanley studied Economics at the University of Colorado. He is involved in numerous Christian ministries including the Springs Rescue Mission, The Navigators, Stone Croft Ministries and Hope & Home Foster Care Agency. Stanley loves spending time with his family and greatly enjoys playing golf in the time away from his busy schedule.
